Access skills with ease

This course provides learners with an understanding of the importance of giving and receiving feedback and helps to identify and develop key skills to help learners use feedback to improve communication, contribute to the development of others, and leverage the expertise of others for continued self-improvement.

Learners will develop specific skills through interactive and action-based lessons. These include:

1. The ability to identify differences in personality style, including the ability to diagnose one’s own style



2. The ability to provide non-judgmental feedback rather than passing judgement



3. The ability to give feedback constructively



4. The ability to overcome one’s own resistance to feedback



5. The ability to receive and actively solicit feedback
